Aquantum Group Appoints Max Noller as Group Chief Technology Officer

The Aquantum Group has appointed Max Noller as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective today. In conjunction with this appointment, he has also been appointed Managing Director of Aquantum Holding GmbH, the entity that steers technology centrally across the Group.

Max Noller is a portfolio manager on the team behind the Aquantum Active Range (AAR) strategy, an options strategy that is particularly technology-driven and whose trading and risk management infrastructure he was instrumental in building. In his new role, he assumes responsibility for the Group’s overall technology strategy and will, in particular, oversee the continued advancement of its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, further strengthening the Group’s research process.
As a specialized developer and manager of systematic investment strategies, Aquantum focuses on trading liquid financial instruments using modern risk management techniques. Trading innovation and ongoing technological advancement are central to its portfolio management. The appointment of a Group CTO marks a further step in the deliberate expansion of the Aquantum Group’s technological expertise.
